feels like we are starting over!

The past week has been a wild ride! About a week ago, Keith was going to daycare to pick little Noah up, when he gets there the lady says, we were about to call you, we had a sick child and we think Noah got it. ..::Great::.. So Keith is very upset. The lady had just taken his temperature and it was a 100. So the rollercoster began. I called in to work the next day to take care of my baby boy who was just pitaful! His fever was up and down and up and down. It would go up to 102.5 and then down to 97.8 and back up again he also had a slight rash starting to form all over him. I decided to take him to Dr. Manly to get him checked out and ease my mind a little bit. Dr. Manly looked him over and checked his ears, nose, mouth, rear...everything and couldnt find anything, he also took a flu test which came back negative. He told us we would have to wait it out it must just be a virus.
The next couple days were just no fun. Keith and I both had little sleep, Noah wouldnt eat and he just wanted to be held. We did as much as possible to make him comfortable and happy.
His schedule is now completely shot! Its gone! Noah started feeling better on Friday afternoon. Saturday he slept a good bit but still was happy. That brings us to Sunday. Sunday evening we did our normal thing, try to feed (ever since hes been sick hes hasnt wanted to eat), play awhile, give him his bath, and then try to give him his final bottle. We put him down around 8:30 or 9:00 and he woke up at 12:00, then 3:30 - at this time he was hungry which is strange - we gave him alittle food, then TRIED to put him back to bed which he didnt want to do! We were up till 4:45 and we both get up at 5:30.... Ill say that Monday night was a repeat! Only we didnt get him back to bed until 5:00 so theres no point in going back to bed! YAY! We are exhaulsted and thats an understatement!
Noah has been sleeping through the night since 3 months old. Im not exactly sure what has gotten into him. I dont know if hes teething or what, but i miss my baby boy that sleeps throught the night!

Just some pictures

I thought that everyone would want to see some recent pictures that were taken. As for sitting up, we've got it! Hes still a little wobblely but he doesnt fall nearly as much!!! As always hes a happy baby! We went to his 6 month doctor appt. He weighs 18.12 lbs, hes 26.5 inches long, and hes got a big head! hahaha We love and miss all of you guys! Enjoy the pictures!!!

Sitting up

For the past month Noah has been wanting to sit up soooo bad! Keith and I have been working with him to stay still and balance long enough to not fall over. I think last night was Noah's best effort! I took some pictures! Hes so funny, he just doesnt understand, and gets so mad when he falls over. I dont think it will be to much longer before he gets it! :)

5 Months Old!!!!

We recently celebrated Noahs 5 month Birthday! Well we really didnt do anything special but we we are excited that we made it 5 months and nothing has happend and everyone is still alive! Heres some pictures of Noah on 6-18-09!!!

Noah is always really happy after his last bottle and right before bed! He pasted out 5 minutes later!

Hes such a big boy!!

Noah is 4months now! WOW!! where has the past 4 months gone! Im officially back at work! I wanted so badly to be a stay at home mom but financially I had to come back. I am glad I did. I love the people I work with, and its a fun place to work. Our Company is going through some changes but hopefully we wont get to caught up in the economical crisis! Noah goes to daycare everyday, I drop him off on my way to work and pick him up after. He always has a huge smile on his face when he sees me come in the daycare! We had his 4 month check up this week at the doctor! He weighs 15.14 lbs and is 26 inches long! Hes as sweet as can be! Lately he is getting real upset because he cant sit up yet! He tries SOO hard! He lifts his head and raises his feet and grunts! He looks like hes doing crunches. He will be sitting up soon! He also started teething. The last week has been hard for us, since he hasnt been his self! :)

Last Wednesday we went to the beach for the first time! Our friends Scott and Angie and their son Parker ( 7.5 months old) went with us! We had a very good time. The water was still chilly. We sat the kids in the little pools of water that are made when the tide goes out! Parker LOVED IT! Noah on the other hand was a little unsure. I would hold him and put his feet in the water but he just wasnt sure! We planned to return in September when hes about 8.5 months old, and I think he will enjoy it alot more! While we were there we went to the Aquarium! Noah loved it! He could see all the fish swimming and his eyes got really big as they swam in front of him. Noah and His daddy are going to love going fishing together. I must say that being a mommy is alot harder than I ever expected, But to be honest I wouldnt give it up for the world! I love Keith and Noah more today that I ever have and I must say that life is good!
